Shipping policy

Here at Hair Beauty Ink we use a Variety of Freight Companies to get your parcels to you quickly, safely and in tact. In all cases we endeavour to provide you with an accurate shipping quote upon completion of your cart. All orders are generally shipped within 24 hours.

However if you order dangerous goods including but not limited to developers, aerosols & flammable goods / your order weighs more than 25KG / you live in a remote area as deemed by the freight company – we may need to contact you with a freight quote.

While we take all steps possible to ensure that your goods arrive to you in the condition they left our warehouse, it must be understood that we organise freight on your behalf, so once the goods leave our care the responsibility then lies with you. We also take a photograph of your purchase prior to it leaving our warehouse to prove, if necessary that it left in good condition. If you have any special requests with regards to the delivery of your item then please make sure that you inform us at the point of purchase. If you do NOT wish the courier to leave your items without a signature then you need to inform us at the point of purchase. If you do not wish your item to be left without a signature and nobody is available to sign and accept the item and  it has to be redelivered Hair Beauty Ink reserves the right to charge a second shipping fee. You may wish to take out insurance.. We will issue a tracking number upon request in order for you to keep track of your delivery, however we will not re-issue goods that are lost in transit without charge.

 All goods are sold ex-warehouse. The Seller, Hair Beauty Ink, cannot be held liable for damages in transit.
