RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Hair Beauty Ink will not exchange or refund goods unless they were damaged or faulty when purchased. If you have simply changed your mind or wish to cancel your order and want a refund, a 20% restocking fee is applicable (goods must be unopened, undamaged and unused including packaging) alternatively we can provide a store credit for the full value of your purchase.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns on any ‘wet products’ i.e. Shampoo, conditioner and treatment. Hair Beauty Ink offers a money back guarantee on the authenticity of every product we sell; we only sell genuine products with a full manufacturer’s warranty.
If you wish to return something you must contact us within 48hrs of receiving your purchase. It is your obligation to pack returned products satisfactorily so that they arrive back with all seals intact. Any Product that arrives back damaged, leaked, opened or used will simply be returned back to you.
You must provide us with a copy of your invoice in all cases. Scissors and thinning scissors will not be accepted as an item that can be returned unless incorrectly sent by Hair Beauty Ink. There is no refund of freight charges on delivery and return of goods will be at buyer’s expense. All returns must be within 3 days of purchase.
Product warranties are held with the manufacturers with a minimum 12 months. All electrical repairs carry a back to manufacturer warranty. The cost in returning the item to us so that we can do this will be at your expense. In some cases you will need to deal directly with the manufacturer, in which case we can provide you with all contact details.
